This watercolor paiting is the fifth of artist Roxanna King's historical Tiffin series. It was built around 1890 with a prtial Italianate design. Over the many years it has housed Kiessling's Bowling Alley, Wuellenschneider's Restaurant and The Central Union Telephone Company (later Bell Telephone). Since the 1940's it s been occupied by several service organizations currently CASA.
